Make room in your Wildlife Park for the river inhabiting Amazonian Manatees and Pink Dolphins! Take care of friendly capybaras, shy tapirs and stunning giant anteaters, but don’t forget to watch out for hungry Black Caimans lurking in the water and silent Margays sneaking through the rain trees above you. Follow the spectacular Amazon River from its source high up in the Andes, the longest continental mountain range in the world, and descend with it into the discovered and undiscovered parts of the biggest evergreen forest of our planet.

Zootechnics (Animal Science) and Archeology students are also actively engaged in workshops. Veterinary Faculty students provide assistance with organization and conduct workshops independently. Workshops are interactive with focus on discussions, participation and experiencing. The welfare of the animals is the main emphasis. Professor Alenka Dovč, PhD, from Veterinary Faculty, University of Ljubljana, is in charge of organizing and conducting various workshops on several topics where attendees are introduced to specific animal species, their biology and level of their endangerment. Workshops will be presented within the park complex and also in several elementary schools in local area. A Farmer's shed will be constructed specifically for implementation of workshops and lectures on the endangered animal species. Interactive incubator set up, where visitors can get an insight and glimpse into the very processes during hatching, organization of workshops.
